According to people close to the couple, the relationship had ended 15 days before the homicide, a decision that Prada Barrios did not accept and he never stopped harassing and pursuing the 19-year-old girl.
The Prosecutor's Office charged him with the crime of aggravated femicide, a charge for which he did not acquit himself during the process and he will remain deprived of his liberty until the Justice defines his legal situation.
